  • We accept Lipa na M-Pesa and Cash on Delivery (only within Nairobi CBD).
  • Full payment must be made before dispatching an order, except for Cash on Delivery orders.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Shipping and Delivery
  • Deliveries within Nairobi CBD are completed within 2 hours after Confirmation.
  • Nationwide deliveries are completed within 24 hours after order confirmation.
  • Delivery fees may apply, depending on the location.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.
Returns and Refunds
  • Products can be returned within 7 days if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
