- We accept Lipa na M-Pesa and Cash on Delivery (only within Nairobi CBD).
- Full payment must be made before dispatching an order, except for Cash on Delivery orders.

Shipping and Delivery
- Deliveries within Nairobi CBD are completed within 2 hours after Confirmation.
- Nationwide deliveries are completed within 24 hours after order confirmation.
- Delivery fees may apply, depending on the location.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.
Returns and Refunds
- Products can be returned within 7 days if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
